This frying pan with a lid is hand cast from iron in the Picardie region of France by Crane cookwear.
Perfect for recipes where you require a hob top to oven transfer. Ideal for frying, baking, stewing and searing. Each pan comes with an individual recipe card provided by well known chefs.
Each piece is sand cast by hand and coated with specially formulated matt-black enamel, which is chip and scratch resistant.
