For various obscure legal reasons, the Hario siphons we can obtain in the US are in a Bonmac-branded box, but rest assured, they are very much the Hario-made siphons we consider the best in the world. The TCA 3 is a great size for one or two servings – approximately 14oz of coffee. Includes upper and lower bowl, stand, filter, bamboo paddle, Yama bunson burner, and a preparation Manga that is as useful as it is charming. The Yama burner is easily adjustable and requires butane, available at most hardware stores.
