Carbon steel skillets are hand-forged and constructed in three sizes: small, medium, and large.
The skillet line features a low-rise sidewall, best for easy access for flipping. Recommended for searing and browning proteins, eggs and pancakes, and large fish dishes.
- Small: 6″ diameter base | 8″ diameter lip to lip | shallow sidewall ~ 1 1/4 vertical height | 17 1/2″ length from lip to end of handle | 2.6lbs
- Medium: 8″ diameter base | 10″ diameter lip to lip | shallow sidewall ~ 1 1/4 vertical height | 21″ length from lip to end of handle | 3.8lbs
- Large: 10″ diameter base | 12″ inch diameter lip to lip | shallow sidewall ~ 1 1/4 vertical height | 24″ from end of loop handle to end of long handle | 5lbs
