The curvaceous Rose Bowl is hand-thrown on the wheel by potter Bob Dinetz. This simple stoneware form is glazed Birch White, a combination of satin white glaze on iron rich clay. Stoneware is non-porous, making it ideal for functional dinnerware, pots, and vases.
Slight variations occur in hand thrown pottery, making every piece unique. A stamped number on the bottom indicates the type of clay used.
