Description from Analogue Life
A versatile all-purpose Warikomi knife with a 15 cm blade suitable for cutting vegetables meat or fish. The knife’s blade construction has layers of softer steel wrapped around a core of hard steel that is exposed only at the cutting edge. This add corrosion resistance to the blade while maintaining strength and durability.
The octagonal shaped handle is made from magnolia wood with a kakumaki (collar) crafted from buffalo horn. Each knife is wrapped in a locally woven fabric and packaged in a beautiful kiri wood box.
