Assembled with hand hammered copper rivets, come in a selection of four domestic woods and priced at $65 per knife.

Over time and with the right care carbon steel will develop a rich blue-gray patina. Always hand wash and dry your knives before storing and use a high quality knife oil. Carbon steel sharpens easily and holds a nice edge.
