The raw brass is polished, it receives a nickel decoration by electrolysis in two successive layers. It is then lightly brushed manually. This varnish-free finish is very resistant both indoors and outdoors. The warm hue of the nickel gives a silver with slightly golden reflections. What will happen over time:
With this finish, our objects can take on a patina over time and use. Outside, the nickel will patinate differently depending on the climate and will require more regular maintenance if desired.
