Offering a fresh and original take on traditional fireplace tools, Arik Levy’s Fire Tools is a set of cast-aluminum accessories that come complete with a cast-aluminum bucket for storage. With sturdy rubber handles, the fireplace tools are comfortably functional; even the bucket is spacious enough to hold a few logs in addition to the included tools. Evocative of Levy’s work with bent metal rods, the angles of the fireplace tools resemble angles found within Levy’s larger projects and installations. Additionally, in Levy’s signature way, there is a nod to humor as the black bucket is printed with the word fire in bright red.
