Inspired by an old method from the south of Italy and used by his own grandfather, the cheese grater is simple and Spartan, but modern in its shape.
This object reflects Antonio’s idea of design: design is not about being glamorous or fashionable but it is about honesty, purity and simplicity. This product comes from an old way of making a cheese grater, by drilling holes in a tomato soup can with a nail.
