Anglais Ivory Stainless Flatware by Alain Saint-Joanis
Alain Saint-Joanis has been creating outstanding designs since 1876 in the purest tradition of the French cutlery. With quality as their single concern they have adapted their craftsman know-how to new manufacturing techniques to ensure the finest cutlery possible. The top-of-the-range flatware is made with authentic raw materials such as ebony, rosewood, olivewood, boxwood… There is a resin range too. Metal fittings and bolsters are made of 18/10 stainless steel, silver plated or gold plated. Knives blades are made of carbon steel. The Alain Saint-Joanis collections are hand-assembled and hand-polished. Dishwasher-safe.
