From the Pennsylvania Amish who produce devices like these which don’t use electricity mainly for their own use. The large sized utensil is truly well made. The cog rapidly twirls the two whisks in opposing direction with a gear reduction of 1:5. All of the 9 parts can be replaced. We have them in stock.
The hand mixer is especially useful for making chocolate mousse, cake batter or beating egg whites. Stainless steel and zinc die-cast, handles made of plastic.
Length 30.5 cm, handle width 8 cm, whisk width 11.5 cm. Weight 460 g. Don’t put the mixer in the dish washer.
