Designed by Russel Wright a widely respected American industrial designer who was committed to bringing modern design to the masses during the 1920s-1960s. He believed the family dining table was the centre of the home, and thus turned his attention to dinnerware. The American Modern dinnerware collection quickly became an iconic ceramic design for the mid century. Now reissued by Bauer Pottery in Los Angeles, these pieces remind us of Wright’s flair for organic shapes and colour. Made in America.
