We are big believers in furniture that endures, especially if the purchase involves a hefty fiscal investment. Although Ikea can seem the antithesis of this—a quick, cheap fix—we find ourselves coming back to a handful of Ikea classics, pieces that transcend current trends (and which we often see in the glossy pages of some of our favorite interior magazines). Plus, these pieces stand up (all four of us have these in our houses). Here are our top 10:
