Steal This Look: A London Efficiency Kitchen on a Budget (Plus, It’s for Sale)

Our kind of efficiency apartment: a 451-square-foot one-bedroom flat in London designed with plenty of built-in storage and hidden utility closets. The tiny open kitchen is constructed of sustainable cross-laminated timber, concealed Smeg appliances, and Corian countertops. (Bonus points: The apartment is part of the Spruce Apartments in Barret’s Grove by architect Amin Taha and is listed for sale on The Modern House.) Here it is, along with some ideas for re-creating the look.
