A while back we posted on Babylonstoren in South Africa, a resort in the Cape Winelands outside Franschhoek designed by former SA Elle Decor editor Karen Roos. We’re also fans of the hotel’s Babel Restaurant, especially the vegetable-based table decor (we’ve been following suit and adorning our tables with radishes, fennel fronds, pots of herbs). With this approach, who needs flowers?
