Eileen Fisher Home and Garnet Hill share a passion for elegantly simple design and natural fibers. For the past 10 years, the two brands have brought their shared ethos to life in an exclusive home collection, featuring bedding and bath in linen, organic cottons, cashmere, and other natural fibers with nuanced designs and natural color palettes.
To celebrate a decade of partnership between the brands, we assembled a trio of Eileen Fisher Home bedding combinations suitable for all seasons. These all-season layers are made up of sheets and pillowcases of soft washed linen, chunky wool throws, and subtly striped linen shams.

The Summer Bed, Two Ways
Above: For a draped effect, we layered two California King flat sheets in Pure White and Muslin from the Eileen Fisher Washed Linen Collection atop the bed. For our bottom layer, we used a fitted sheet in Pure White ($128 to $158, depending upon size).
Above: Pillowcases from the Eileen Fisher Ombré Stripe Washed Linen Collection add a subtle pattern to the mix ($78 to $98 per pair).
Above: For a summer bed that can take the heat, select a bed sheet as a top layer. It’s light in weight, and the soft palette has a calming effect.
Option 2: The Furoshiki Summer Bed
Above: If you prefer a tidier look, try tying the corners of the flat sheets using the traditional Japanese knotting technique of Furoshiki.
Above: The four knotted corners can be tucked beneath the mattress or left loose for a “wabisabi” (imperfect) look. (For more, see DIY: How To Wrap a Furoshiki Cloth.)
Spring/Fall Bed
Above: For transitional seasons, we added color with a flat sheet from the Eileen Fisher Washed Linen Collection in Rye and added warmth with the Eileen Fisher Cozy Knit Throw in Maple Oat. Made of blended wool yarns, it’s hand-knit in a generous garter stitch; ($278). Also offered is a matching 20-inch square Pillow Cover (not shown; $88).

For the tenth anniversary, Eileen Fisher Home and Garnet Hill added two new colors to the lineup: Blue Nile and Aztec (see them in the Eileen Fisher Seasonless Silk Comforter and Throw).
Above: A close-up reveals one of our favorite details of the Eileen Fisher Washed Linen Collection: a raw-edge double fringe that won’t unravel over time.
Winter Bed
Above: For winter, we outfitted the bed with the Eileen Fisher Pinstripe Organic Cotton Quilt and Shams. Shown here in Natural with Rye stripes, it’s also offered in Fir with Blue Nile stripes. (Quilt is $298 for the double/queen size and $338 for the king; coordinating shams range in price from $58 to $68.)
Above: The quilt and shams are made of certified organic cotton with yarn-dyed stripes. The subtly knotted pattern is quilted by hand.
