Art lover and acclaimed London florist Nicki Tibbles of Wild at Heart has partnered with The National Gallery Company on a new series of artistic flower arrangements influenced by paintings in the museum's collection. "Saying it with flowers" has just become all that more interesting.
Above: The Renaissance Bouquet displays the deep, luxurious colors that came to dominate the paintings of the 15th and 16th centuries as depicted in Raphael's St Catherine of Alexandria (c. 1507).
Above: The Dutch Still Life Bouquet reflects the eclectic mix and layering of flowers often seen in Flemish art, such as Jan van Huysum's Hollyhocks and Other Flowers in a Vase,1702-20.
