Shopper’s Diary: New Canvas Shop in NYC

As longtime fans of the furniture and accessories shop Ochre, we've only become more devoted since they launched the lower-priced Canvas line, a collection of simple sustainable furniture and accessories created by artisans and craftsmen from the US and abroad. Now proprietor Andrew Corrie has opened a NY store devoted entirely to the Canvas collection. The corner shop is outfitted with Metal Squarestock Shelving, which displays the earthenware dining collection and recycled glassware. Also on display: pieces from their upholstered furniture line, featuring a color palette of subtle pastels and earthtones. The Canvas Home Store is located in New York at 199 Lafayette Street.
