Shopper’s Diary: Bäccman & Berglund Hardware in Sweden

June 20, 2018

In 2008, Swedish designers Malin Bäccman and Fia Berglund combined their shared expertise in metals and jewelry design to found Bäccman & Berglund, purveyor of top-quality residential hardware including hooks, handles, and knobs. The Bäccman & Berglund range is offered in a variety of solid metals and finishes, including collection staples brushed and polished brass, plus copper, aluminum, and steel. Each piece is made by hand in Sweden, and the company ships worldwide—including standard delivery to the US in less than 10 days. Here, a few of our favorites.
