Len Carella is a shoe designer by day, but the rest of his time is given over to ceramics. He uses porcelain or black mountain clay to create his one-of-a-kind pieces, adding leather and braided ties to create an intriguing juxtaposition of materials. Carella is currently showing a range of his pieces at the Shop at Bardessono in Yountville, CA. Prices range from $40 to $425.
