Founded 10 year ago by two Danish entrepreneurs, Reform made a splash by offering high-brow Ikea hacks: designer kitchen cabinet fronts—by Norm Architects and Jean Nouvel, among others—for Ikea’s base cabinets. Its M.O.: to make thoughtfully designed, well-made, Scandinavian-accented kitchens at approachable prices.
The company went on to introduce complete modular kitchens by Reform and collaborating design stars—and to open five showrooms across the US (as well as showcases in several DWR stores). We’ve been following every step of the way.
And since kitchens require all manner of places to put things, Reform has taken the logical next step: it has just begun translating its portfolio into storage for the whole house. The offerings are customizable and available as freestanding designs or built-ins. In need of a work-horse armoire, a storage bench, or a lot more closet space? Reform may have you covered.
