Reader Question: Chuck Close Wants to Know…

Our friend Oliver Freundlich, an architect in NYC, emailed us with an urgent request: Can you identify this table for artist Chuck Close? We're stumped; can you help?

"My client, Chuck Close, is obsessed with this table and claims it is by Joe D'Urso. I have not been able to find a single lead on it—I have wasted hours. Is anyone familiar with this table? Any ideas for where to look? I am at the end of my rope and stretching for expert opinion." If you know the designer or manufacturer of the table (or anything about it), please let us know in the comments section below. You'll make Oliver (and Chuck) so happy.
