A reader clued us in to the new Panamerican Deck Chair from Industry of All Nations ("a Los Angeles-based design house focused on promoting fair trade and social awareness"); the chair is available in Los Angeles at A+R Store, OK, and Jules Seltzer.

Above L: An indoor version of the Panamerican Deck Chair in poplar is $170. Above R: A heat-treated hickory version of the chair, suitable for outdoor use (with periodic oiling), is $250; both at A+R in Los Angeles (free shipping on orders over $100).
