Window Treatments
Above: Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec have designed a series of Roller Blinds for Danish textile company Kvadrat. The made-to-order blinds have an aluminum frame, a choice of several textiles, and can be operated by chain, switch, or remote control.
Acoustics
Above: New from Kirei, the Echopanel Wrap kit of modular panels allows the user to create a decorative acoustic screen system to provide acoustic and visual privacy in open environments.
Lighting
Above: From lighting company Le Klint, the made-in-Denmark Carronade series launched at the end of last year but is just now available in stores. It includes pendant lights, desk and floor lamps, and wall lights.
Above: At the Light + Building Fair in Frankfurt, Italian company Lucifero’s presented a new line of made-in-Italy Archi-Tech Lighting. A ceiling light in the Twenty-7 range of downlights and spotlights is shown here.
Furniture
Above: Normann Copenhagen has expanded its Form line of chairs by offering upholstery in five fabrics plus leather.
Above: The new Afteroom Lounge Chair by Swedish design studio Afteroom for Menu is meant to combine the best of Thonet’s bentwood Era Chair and Børge Mogensen’s leather Spanish Chair.
