Japanese product designer Naoto Fukasawa's Shiba cookware line for Alessi is a modern interpretation of traditional Japanese cookware. The tightly edited collection includes a stockpot, saucepan, casserole, and frying pan with Bakelite or wood handles; the full line is available from Fitzsu.
