House Call: Capitol Improvement by J.A.S. Design-Build

J.A.S. Design-Build of Seattle updated this classic Edwardian in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, instilling the interiors with a modern sensibility while maintaining the structure’s original stateliness. JAS is especially good at creating intimate family spaces, and for this project they added extensive built-in cabinetry to define areas within rooms and provide abundant storage and seating opportunities.
