Founded by transplanted Brits Ben Towill and Philip Winser, the duo behind the Silkstone catering and event company, The Fat Radish adheres to a sustainable farm-to-table ethos.
You could almost call it a veggie gastropub—the menu features offerings like celery root pot pie, and on the rooftop (which is available for special events), the partners grow herbs, lettuces, and more.
