After several years in the business, coffee connoisseur Fleur Studd opened her own cafe and roasting house; Market Lane Coffee, located in the Prahran Market of Melbourne, Australia, with a view to creating an educational experience for coffee aficionados.
Studd offers an intensive coffee experience: based on your taste and brewing preferences, she helps with the selection process and includes a card with information on the coffee farm of origin and tasting notes with your purchase. The interior, designed by DJL Architecture in collaboration with stylist Larritt-Evans, is airy, bright, and filled with industrial touches and coffee references throughout. For more information, go to Market Lane Coffee.
