Restaurant Visit: Longman & Eagle in Chicago

We knew something was up in Chicago when two of our correspondents—Izabella in Chicago and Zak in New York—alerted us to Longman & Eagle, a dining establishment/inn in Logan Square with the motto "Eat, Sleep, Whiskey."

The Michelin-starred restaurant is helmed by Jared Wentworth and features menu items such as wild boar paired with whiskey flights from a collection of 30 plus bottles; upstairs, there are six rooms available for overnight stay, decorated with a revolving gallery of art and furniture made by Robert McAdams and Jon Martin of Mode Carpentry.
