Opened last February, the Bistrot Bruno Loubet in the Zetter Hotel marked a return to London for the famed chef (he decamped to Brisbane for an eight-year interlude). Located in a Georgian townhouse, with interiors designed by Russell Sage, the restaurant features a curving wall of windows overlooking St. John's Square and an appealing mix of vintage (midcentury task lights, industrial whisks) combined with new pieces.
