Above: Tom Dixon introduced his spot series tables in Milan in 2009; the tables feature a heavy, weighted base and are available with two different height stems and either a square or a round top that’s coated in heavy-duty vitreous enamel. Spot Series Tables by Tom Dixon are available through ABC Carpet and Home; $567 (regularly $630) for the Short Round White Spot Table; $535.50 (regularly $597) for the Tall Red Square Spot Table; and $535.50 (regularly $630) for the Short Red Square Spot Table.

Above: At the recent Dwell on Design show, we admired the Pablo Side Tables with handmade iron pedestals in matte black powdercoat with enameled iron trays. The tables are available in three heights and in three colors: orange, dijon, and gray (table tops are interchangable); $129 for a set of three at CB2.
