As summer winds down, and we return to urban life (in my case, London), what I'll miss most is lounging on our outdoor porch on the New England coast. The secret formula for creating an outdoor space? Use furniture that could just as easily be used indoors; such as these pieces from Muubs furniture in Denmark, spotted on Slow Home Design. We especially like the durable fiber concrete pieces (a handmade material made of cement and silica sand mixed with fiberglass) and the rattan seating, available in natural or black.
