Spotted via Swedish-German real estate site Fantastic Frank: A stylishly renovated apartment for sale in the small town of Saltsjö-Boo, Sweden, perched lakeside on the island of Värmdö. Though it’s sited in a building dating from 1850, the home received a full architect-designed overhaul in 2016, when two apartments were combined into one. The flat now has three full bedrooms and a sleeping loft in just over 1,600 square feet, all of which is covered in reclaimed Swedish oak flooring tinted a perfect Scandi white. It’s sited on the second floor of a two-story, six-unit building, and has exposed original wood beams, generous walk-in closets, and lake and village views throughout. Let’s take a closer look.
