"Styling, beach bumming, and travel" come together at Nomadic Thread Society, a venture of NYC-based stylist Nicole Gulatta. Inspired by vacations spent in Capri, Tulum, Vieques, Montauk, Gulatta produces a line of hand-loomed, fair trade textiles featuring a touch of "brilliant local color and a touch of vacation energy from around the world." We especially like her fringed terry-cloth-lined beach towels, which feature terry on one side and cheerful striped or solid cotton on the other. The towels, which cost $98 each, can be ordered directly from Nomadic Thread Society or from Free People.
