Summer is a time to dress down–tabletops included. Here’s a line of linens inspired by vintage workwear that’s perfect for low-key summer dining, indoors or outdoors.
From San Francisco-based Small Gunns (a collaboration of two sisters who left the worlds of film and advertising to “make cool stuff”), the Workshop line of napkins, placemats, and tablerunners is made in America of machine-washable 100 percent cotton denim in three colorways. Workshop linens are available at a handful of retailers in San Francisco, including Heath Ceramics, and are offered online through the Small Gunns Shop.
