New York designer Roberta Freymann started her business in 2003 selling Indian block-print clothing out of an Upper East Side townhouse. She has since expanded into home furnishings, with three Roberta Roller Rabbit shops—New York, Santa Monica, and Southampton—selling her signature hand-block-printed upholstery-weight cotton fabric in five meter bolts.
