Located in a grand townhouse in the Beyoglu district of Istanbul, Asli Tunca’s shop is a showcase for her distinctive collection of furnishings and objects, one-of-a-kind antiques, modern pieces, and handmade Ottoman-inspired reproductions—all exuding a rarified vision of restrained luxury. A former fashion designer turned interior designer, Tunca runs the business with her husband, Belgian sculptor and 18th- and 19th-century antiques expert Carl Vercauteren (their own residence, shown below, is on the top floors of the townhouse).
