  • The annual NYC Architecture & Design Film Festival concludes on Sunday, October 20th, with a screening of City Dreamers, a film by Joseph Hillel focusing on four female innovators in the world of architecture and historic preservation (Phyllis Lambert, Denise Scott Brown, Blanche Lemco van Ginkel, and Cornelia Hahn Oberlander).   • Larry Schaffer, the proprietor of LA design shop OK, is opening a Tokyo branch called I’M OK on Saturday, October 26. Follow along at OK the Store on Instagram.
