The under-utilized space beneath the stairs presents an opportunity for creating thinking. This staircase, by the duo behind Treviso, Italy–based MN*LS creative consultancy, is one of the more interesting solutions we’ve seen. Designed to fit into an existing living room in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, the structure is made of laminated marine plywood, with steps of solid beech wood reclaimed from a local woodmill.
