Architect Visit: Sky Ranch by Miller Hull in Seattle

April 25, 2011

In a city like Seattle, with active working waterways, much of the best waterfront property is occupied by warehouses and other industrial buildings. We like this waterview-capturing loft designed by Seattle-based architects Miller Hull Partnership: Called Sky Ranch, the 800-square-foot residence in the Ballard neighborhood is perched atop a warehouse (it earned an Honorable Mention in the Small Space category of the 2010 Sunset-AIA Western Home Awards). See more of the firm's work at Miller Hull.
