Admired earlier this week in the interiors of Casa Bonay; furniture from AOO, a small Barcelona company established by Oriol Villar and Marc Morro in 2013. “We like things made locally by artisans or regional manufacturers, it’s what makes sense for us,” they say. “Wood is the starting point for our pieces; its smell, its warmth, but above all, because wood is the most variable and adaptable raw material available to man in nature.”
If you find yourself in Barcelona, AOO has a showroom at 8 Seneca Street where they display their pieces and “a collection of objects from different places and brands we love.”
