nune is a small design studio with locations in both New York + London, working globally on private residences, as well as commercial spaces and staging projects.
We are driven by the simple belief that thoughtful design contributes to wellbeing. We work to create comfortable, approachable spaces, whether it’s someone’s kitchen, a hotel room or a coffee shop. we work as a collaborative team with our clients, architects, construction teams, craftspeople, artists and designers to create environments that allow their inhabitants to feel good.
We design with consideration for both the planet and for human health, and we strive to support small businesses doing interesting and sustainable work, and to work with good people.

This 19th Century brownstone underwent a full gut renovation. We partnered with Frances Mildred architects to restore the home and honour as many historic details as possible. In addition to repairs and restoration work, the home was reconfigured with a new floor layout better suited to the busy lifestyles of the modern urban family.
