Charles Mellersh Design Studio creates emotive modern interiors that are distinguished by their warmth, originality and careful attention to detail. Founded on the simple belief that good design brings quality to life, the company’s past and current projects include private homes, retail spaces and work environments.

A modern hand mixes contemporary and custom-designed pieces with one-of-a-kind accessories and vintage objects, which combine to create compelling atmospheres that are reassuringly warm and layered with visual interest. The approach is client and site specific, ensuring that no two projects look or feel the same.

Services include interior design and architecture, project management, FF&E consultancy and specification, custom design and manufacture, creative direction and branding.

Charles Mellersh gained his degree from The Bartlett School of Architecture,UCL, and as an interiors editor at Wallpaper* magazine he began his career in the design industry as a journalist and stylist. Additional projects have included written contribution to Phaidon Press’ Design Classics tome and creative consultancy for commercial clients such as Richemont. The studio was established in 2006 since which time his work has received both national and international press coverage.
