Park McDonald

Park McDonald is a full service architecture, interiors, and product design practice dedicated to design excellence with extensive practical experience.  The practice is a team of highly collaborative professionals who possesses the expertise to execute a project from pre-design through construction including regulatory agency review, construction documentation, and construction administration.

Michael McDonald, AIA, graduated with a Master of Architecture degree from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) after undergraduate studies in Environmental Design at San Diego State University.  Mr. McDonald is NCARB certified and a registered architect in the State of California.  In addition to the design practice, Michael has taught at Woodbury University, SCI-Arc and East Los Angeles College.

Alice Park leads the interiors work at Park McDonald.  Ms. Park holds a Master of Architecture degree from SCI-Arc, a B.S. in Environmental Design from Art Center College of Design, and an A.A. in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.  Ms. Park also produces a namesake line of fashion accessories that has been featured in exhibitions and publications, and has earned a dedicated following. alicepark.com

The two formed a partnership in 2003 after independently working at renowned architecture firms in Los Angeles.
