Since 2006, Kim Hoyt Architecture/ Landscape has provided Architectural and Landscape Architectural design services to residential and commercial clients in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Fairfield County, and Long Island.  Many of our projects bridge the interior and exterior spaces, which is a combination we especially enjoy. Our projects are often located in urban settings, where gardens, roof terraces and other open spaces are constrained and therefore require careful planning and thoughtful designs to seamlessly integrate them with the interior architecture. We are also very experienced and comfortable working on projects involving special permitting for Landmarked buildings and neighborhoods.
