A cast aluminum wheel off the starboard side allows the chef to adjust the height of the cooking surfaces with the rise and fall of the flames. V-Channels® slanted at 4° capture juices in two separate pans for basting and sauce preparation. Every Grillworks can also accommodate two manual full-length rotisseries or the elevated electric rotisserie kit.
