Tabletop: Three-Day Sale at Elephant Ceramics

We've featured the work of Brooklyn- and Maine-based ceramicist Michele Michael before (see Tabletop: Elephant Ceramics); Michael incorporates the texture of homespun linen in her organically shaped pieces and takes a painterly approach to the glaze, dripping, pouring, and brushing, while also combining transparency and opaqueness.

Michael will be be holding her second three-day online sale starting Tuesday, July 19, at 2 pm EST (prices will range from $35 to $195); go the the Elephant Ceramics Shop to order; join her mailing list for updates.
