Earlier this week, we visited Hotels & Lodging: Hotel Sigtuna in Sweden, with rooms illuminated by iconic German modernist designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld Bauhaus Table Lamps. Now we segue to kitchen pieces by Wagenfeld.

Above: Designed in 1935, Wagenfeld's modular Kubus stacking containers, which are in the permanent collection at MoMA, can occasionally be found at auctions and through antiques dealers specializing in midcentury pieces.
