I don't understand the point of these profiled shops not having an online component. I'd say a good percentage of readers don't within 50 miles of most of most places featured. These shops should at the very least start incorporating an ecommerce function. It's like advertising to a huge market that can't reach you. Kind of a wasted opportunity.
