On our wish lists: hand-crocheted rugs inspired by the windows of Notre Dame in Paris.

Spotted on the blog Nordic Design, these lace rugs are the creation of Finnish designer Minna Kokko and entrepreneur Tiina Jaatinen, whose company is called Hooked Design. Hand-crocheted in Finland from yarn castoffs from the European textile industry, the rugs are available in black, gray, red, natural, and white. Prices start at €65 for the smallest size (60 cm in diameter, or 2 feet); the company also takes custom orders.
